Look at this gorgeous pie! Guess what....daughter # 2 made it entirely by herself! She read the recipe, made the filling, rolled out and shapes, and cookie-cuttered the crust pieces then baked the whole thing. She even got it out of the oven by herself. Not bad for being 8 years old I would say. She loves to bake and will soon pass me up.
Can you imagine what kind-of baker she will be at 29? (okay 29ish).
